In my opinion, not a good company to work for

During my time there, the company: - Did not offer transparency around stock options packages given to employees, and seemed to intentionally mislead employees regarding the value of their stock options. - Encouraged employees to overbill grant-funding organizations. - Paid employees about 50% of the market average for their roles. (The only salary figure I know for certain is my own. From speaking with other employees this seemed to be the case for most low-, mid-level roles)

LearnPlatform is a rapid-growing, mission-driven organization where employees are highly motivated to make an impact on the education sector through technology, research, and excellent customer experiences. The size and culture of the company makes it ideal for anyone that is looking for flexibility, a creative environment, and one where collaboration is the rule. We all work pretty hard and we often find ourselves pretty exhausted, but it is rewarding when you see schools, districts, and states highlighting the excellent value that LearnPlatform provides.

Cons

If you like a lot of structure, this might not be ideal for you. Probably better if you're a person that prefers to "ask for forgiveness rather than permission". The company is trying very hard to become more racially diverse, but that work is still in progress and may take some time.
