It's a small company (less than 200 people) of which nearly every single one of them is a smart and kind person. I've never met a single jerk in the company, which is a titanic achievement in my book. But it's not just a "be nice at the expense of truth" place either. People are encouraged and able to emote honestly with each other. Overall, I've rarely encountered a work environment as encouraging and positive as this one. I feel that one of LeapPoint's core tenets- to put employees ahead of clients or the company - feels like it actually does drive the decision-making of the leadership.

I feel incredibly fortunate to work at a company that truly sets the bar for excellence. I'm constantly inspired by the people around me — smart, capable individuals who are not only driven to deliver the highest quality products, but also genuinely care about doing things the right way. One of the things that stands out most is the culture of inclusion and respect. Every person is seen and valued as an individual, and diverse perspectives are embraced as strengths. Teamwork is at the heart of everything we do — there's a real sense of "we're in this together." Whether it’s lending a hand, offering a suggestion, or sharing insights, everyone is eager to support one another. Leadership also genuinely listens.
