Lavanda is a forward thinking, dynamic company, which is reflected in the diverse group of people who make up its core team. Progression is encouraged and hard work is recognised. Visions for the direction of the company are routinely shared , ideas matter , and collective efforts make for fantastic results. It is a rewarding place to work.

It’s difficult to switch off work , particularly when you enjoy it and want to make it a success. Entrepreneurial spirit takes over !

Such a great place to work - amazing passionate and ambitious people, amazing opportunities to grow and develop and so much fun! Lavanda really is shaping the future of the residential property space, and it's so exciting. If you want to be part of a tech enabled movement to disrupt the residential market for good - Lavanda might be for you.

If you're not one for an ever changing, fast paced working environment, HQ might not be for you.

- exceptional room for growth, and abundance of opportunities if you're a hard worker - lots of responsibility and ownership of tasks from week 1 - start up perks (relaxed office atmosphere, flexibility with working from home, incredible snack selection), combined with professional and approachable senior management team who are strongly respected by the rest of the team - positive culture that stems from the... senior management team. Everyone is friendly, welcoming and genuinely enthusiastic about the Lavanda product. This is reflected by the extremely low staff turnover, which makes Lavanda stand out from many other similar start-ups in the sector - innovative product that could potentially shake up an established industry - high levels of transparency across teams about future plans for growth - lots of opportunities to move into different roles once hired - too many lunch options as Leather Lane market is down the road

Cons

- snacks arrive on a Tuesday which can make Mondays a little difficult - not really a con, but a factor to consider depending on the role, you have to be fairly dynamic and autonomous to fully flourish under the working environment
