1. Terribly organized and mismanaged. The CEO is the only person who can make a decision on anything, even with multiple "managers".
2. Hostile work environment. It's acceptable to verbally insult and mock other employees without any repercussion.
3. No follow through on any project. What little does get created is the bare bones of the concept, not a complete idea, which will then go ignored for months or years.
4. The office was constantly dirty and cluttered. This may no longer apply since they moved to Georgia.
