Pros
One of the good reasons to work there is being treated well and being surrounded by good people. It is very "close" and there's not so much of that corporate feeling, being that it is a really, extremely small company.
Cons
The company is solely dedicated to work with mega yachts. Creativity is not very open because management and clients are used to the same type of work. I don't feel enough recognition for putting my ideas on the table, and at the same time, I feel pressured to do things completely out of my field.
