      Benefits and vacation are good

      Cons

      Nepotism everywhere. No consistency, and no real business experience among upper management. They also cut entire departments of staff the week of Christmas.

      Very little diversity there. A bit closed-minded in approach to improve. Higher up concerned with fixing the imbalance internally when it should be an outside job to shed light on what's lacking.
