      Pros

      Excellent health insurance, ESOP company.

      Cons

      Lateral company, growth and self-development are not encouraged. Upper management out of touch with employees. Promotions and opportunities are based on who is friends with HR and management.

      Pros

      They don't do background checks. Have a felony, no worries as you are not the minority.

      Cons

      They don't believe in cost of living raises. In fact they have meetings prior to review time to "convince" you that it's perfectly natural to expect a poor raise. It's literally a joke amongst the actual workers.

      There was no good reasons to work there!

      Cons

      Supervisors do nothing! They pick from friends to be supervisors not the most qualified person for the job!They will force you to work in temperatures that are unbearable! There is no moving up in the company unless you know someone that works in management. Bonuses are lies and they treat people like they own you! There is no work life balance!
