Generally nice co-workers and hardworking culture with people that want to do the right thing

Twofaced CEO. Things not as they appear. Litigous on unenforceable non-competes which employees may not understand at the time of signing or exit. Go out of their way to prevent their employees from making a living in the industry under the guise of nonexistent "trade secrets." Do not pay commissions in timely manner per pay legality.
