Pros
Great staff; most teachers and aides are hard working; most students and parents appreciate the teachers; teachers are willing to help each other
Cons
administration cares very little about how much they pile on teachers; administration does very little to support issues staff has with parents or students who have consistently negative behavior; teachers have not seen much of a raise and have had retirement benefits cut within the last few years while administration continues to see pay raises and increases in benefits

Pros
Pay is competitive, and there are opportunities to increase earnings taking on extra duties. Extremely rigorous experience building in technical skills from online learning system of New Tech Network and PBL experience. Students are wonderful and pretty loyal once you get to know them and earn their respect and build trust with them. Co-teaching and cross-curriculum increases your teaching skills and expands your knowledge of practical real world uses of your subject areas.
Cons
Corrupt school district and unfair treatment of employees. Failing school district with a history of harassment claims against upper management.
