Pros

I would have said Compensation and Benefits but the amount of hours you are expected to work is insane. So no pros here

Cons

No Work Life Balance. Long Working Hours Customer Success Teams have no career paths Stay away from CS Professional Services as the management there is inconsiderate, incompetent and deranged Don't consider any employment in Professional Services as it is the worst place to work in entire Lacework No education/training opportunities

Pros

Good Product Disrupting the security space Good Pay

Cons

Leadership in Montreal is hard to work with. Think about his own interest in mind and has little ethics. Not a great sales culture . Local leadership is weak and inexperienced in Eastern Canada. Did not get any support fronm U.S. Leadership to build region. Poor Marketing team and did not invest in Canada. Poor reputation in the channel. Worked hard to build the channel but didn't get support. Local Leader has burnt bridges in the channel along with other areas.

Pros

- Compensation and benefits , if you're willing to spend ALL your time working. - Decent product for SMB, terrible product at the enterprise level.

Cons

- Toxic, bro sales culture - There's no diversity in the sales team - Lack of empathy from management - no work life balance - Product sucks at the enterprise level - Everyone is trying to leave the company after their 1st year - High customer churn, high attrition levels. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company!
