Pros
I always got to select the shift I wanted when available. If I was looking for more hours or the company needed someone on a job they couldn't fill, it was great getting those jobs. Never had a real problem with any clients, and not once was I ever screwed over or treated badly from management. Leadership is great, the fellas you meet are great.
Cons
Tidious job stuff here and there (weather, complaints, broken stuff, etc.), nothing related to the company.
