      The people are amazing - smart, funny, no drama, collaborative The mission and clients are amazing - love the science, love the technology, love being part of something bigger We are treated like adults All the little extras are there - healthy snacks, educational hours, flexibility

      Cons

      Hourly pay can be great, but it is unpredictable While salaries are good, we are sitting right next to Amazon.......... PTO is not competitive, rest of the benefits are stellar, however
