      Pros

      Fast changing, dynamic and flexible environment with many new challenging projects to work on. Inspiring and smart business leader. Very interesting internal software that can manage a lot of trucks information and be a bidding platform for sourcing team. Friday is a remote working day, which is a big plus and suitable for people who are motivated and can work independently.

      Cons

      Some operational and accounting processes are not necessary, can be a bit time-consuming (e.g. Bravo ERP).
