      It's a work from home job, so don't have to waste time travelling

      Cons

      Full of micromanagement & hypocricy by the management. They won't even realize it to change that. No work culture as such. Plug in spend 8 hours and make sure your screen time is not less than that. People "quit" or are let go very often, there is a change every few months.

      Clients leave everyday so you don't have to work on a lot of projects.

      Cons

      Employes quit or are fired frequently, so you have to take on their work that might not even be of your area.
