      Flexible work environment Patient supervisors and staff Everyone is cooperative and works together to resolve issues No stuffy dress code

      Cons

      Depending on your work ethic you must adapt to constantly change in software be ready at the drop of a dime for chamge, so this is good and bad. Don't contribute to pensions

      Pros

      They own the market on their field so there are always new projects available (keep it interesting). Overall good experience. The work / life balance is ok. You might find interesting people over there.

      Cons

      The technology they are using for developing is not the latest one. Unfortunately it is not located in downtown so TTC access is not that the best one.
