Pros

The company puts in effort to employee welfare and creating a warm, friendly working environment. The company regularly organize activities and celebrations (i.e: Mid-Autumn Festival celebration, annual anniversary event, monthly birthday celebrations and team bonding dinners) that brought everyone together and made the workplace feel more than just work. Overall, the culture is supportive and welcoming, and i enjoy my working experience in the company.

I enjoyed working along with my colleagues who works together as a team. With the fast moving environment, we are able to seek feedback and support from our management. Company also provides various team bonding events such as monthly birthday and special occasion like mid-autumn festival which promotes work life balance.

Cons

One challenge is distance from workplace to nearby transportation requires time to walk. Additionally, improvise more automated system to enhance efficiency for all.

Great learning environment with strong career development opportunities. Encourages employees to step outside their comfort zones and take ownership of meaningful work. Supportive leadership and colleagues who are always willing to help and share knowledge. Positive company culture that values growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Cons

Hard to find any major drawbacks. If I had to mention one, it would be gaining a few extra kilograms thanks to the delicious snacks and frequent team celebrations.
