      Good pay and that's about it.

      Cons

      Starting with human resources, they are a joke. Non-responsive and incredibly rude. Expect the same treatment from management.

      Pros

      Working within the Technology group at Kortext, I've been a part of a major shift in team dynamic and culture of inclusivity and belonging. The teams work exceptionally well together in support of one another.

      Cons

      Of course with any remote work, it's easy to get caught up in the "work" and sometimes difficult to slow down and connect with colleagues on a personal level.

      This was the healthiest work environment I’ve ever been a part of. Stable pay and hours with lots of benefits and a very kind and understanding HR and management team.

      Cons

      Hard to grow within the company as they hired management externally and you have to be in the UK for certain roles.
