I would like to provide additional context on our company culture and what motivates us to be the best-in-class workplace. We recognize that we are scaling our team and client base, and understand that we need to stay nimble and institute changes rapidly balancing this approach with a rewarding work experience. For some, these changes may be difficult to adjust to. At Kolar one of our core values is transparency, with clients and team members, so thank you for sharing your feedback. We have always strived to be a Diverse and Inclusive environment which is shown through our Leadership team and emphasized in the various programs and organizations we are a part of, as a certified WBENC and women-owned business. While all Leaders have different working and management styles, we continue to look for ways to improve how they lead their teams. We will take this feedback and share it with the leadership team to ensure they are making their teams feel valued and appreciated for their hard work.
