"Family" culture style where everyone wants to be in your business. Great opportunity to get experience for SHORT transitional phases in temp roles, I suppose.
Cons
Rumors that management & HR threw racist events & happenings under the rug for years, allowing my daily experience of watching people do and say racist things almost daily in the office. A lot of the factory workers are people of color. The few people of color working in the office were either suffering in silence or stabbing other people of color in the back without cause, in order to try to look better. I'm not sure whether things changed after the COVID-19 pandemic.
Can't really think of any good reasons to work there.
Cons
Opportunities for advancement slim to none. Operating system implementation eliminated many positions, resulting in a toxic work environment. Couldn't trust anyone. Constant layoffs and outsourcing to Mexico and Eastern Europe.
