There are some of the best engineers and P.S. folks in the industry working here. Anyone lucky enough to spend time with them should jump at the opportunity. You will learn and grow in their presence.

I've watched from the inside as fantastic leaders have left the company. I watched the CEO compromise on his own values and break promises made to the organization out of clear desperation. When sales slow down on a product, its like air being cut off. It doesn't matter if the air was for an athlete's body or not, they squirm and writhe and embarrass themselves. This is the sad story occurring right now in a company that I would honestly put on my prayer list at church. This company was an athlete when I arrived 2 years ago, in perfect condition. It is now being led by a Japanese corporation who does not understand the secret sauce that made folks come to work everyday. The cultures are so different and management styles are too. Thus, so many great talents have left. Lack of product management is the key reason anyone should be warned going in. The process in engineering is currently an engineer mocks something up they think they like and someone sells it before it is ready. Then the whole team scrambles to fix the "bugs" until the customer stops complaining. Proactive processes have turned to reactive ones in just two years. Still, I will miss the team.
