      BI experience Very talented middle tier of employees Dedicated clients Decent salaries High growth industry Consistent co. growth over past 5 years

      Cons

      Very political senior management Old-school sales management - command and control. Out of touch. Complex software with weak UI - hardly software as a service. Lots of services work needed to launch each client High level of turn over - churn & burn people

      Pros

      Anything in the HCM space is hot KA was hiring and for someone who has been in learning for a while its a new pitch, something different Its saas cloud stuff and may be a target for a larger co. Great pitch if you can find people interested in analytics.

      Cons

      A lot of Risk taking a job here as letting people go within the first 90 days for "non fit" issues is a common thing. . There is no HR at this firm. The culture can be defined in one word: Alcohol. The travel is intense and the budget is tiny....tiny. And you wil travel all the time.
