      Pros

      Manager is great at training and is passionate about their job.

      Cons

      Owner is a helicopter CEO and does not trust their employees to do their jobs. Sales position with KPI reports and not allowed to work remotely except for a few employees.

      Pros

      Great team members to work with in technical sales. The technical knowledge available from senior colleagues and the metrology lab staff is excellent. Plenty of support offered, especially from my line manager. So welcome, given the very steep learning curve involved. An early finish on Fridays is very welcome.

      Cons

      4 weeks' paid holiday a year feels a bit restrictive after previous jobs. Statutory sick pay given only. Limited career development opportunities, but that's the same in all companies of this size and structure.

      Okay salary for someone right out of school.

      Cons

      Everything. The entire business model is built on lying to their customers. They claim everything is made in the UK but they buy everything from China and mark it up 300%. The CEO is a nightmare, he made multiple employees cry during my time there. Impossible sales targets. Constant turnover.
