Pros
The best parts about KlientBoost are the people, the culture, and the room for growth. This is not a toxic agency, people are genuinely willing and happy to lend a helping hand. Everyone is rooting for your success and there is a true culture of collaboration. The company also helps foster this culture by facilitating Slack trivia, remote events, and other team building challenges throughout the year. (Everything is optional to participate, but it is really fun!) the meme culture is also top-notch. The culture is great at Klientboost in that you are treated like an adult and given a lot of autonomy to organize your day and workload. If you are doing your job well, and need to block off a few hours to go to a doctors appointment, there are no questions asked. It is how it should be. My manager has always encouraged me to put my family and my health first. No micromanaging in terms of your schedule. There is a ton of room for growth. When I first joined the agency, I was extremely green. I made my way up the ranks from a junior member to a senior member. There are 1000 opportunities for you to learn and grow here if you are willing to take them and invest the time to do it.
Cons
This is an agency, so the cons are typical of any agency. There can be a high workload at times and clients with unrealistic expectations. In my experience, anytime I have raised these concerns to my managers, I have been genuinely heard. They have always taken my feedback to heart and taken steps to make things better for me as an employee. I’ve been here through all the iterations of Klientboost, and there has certainly been changes and turnover over the years. But I do genuinely believe the changes have made Klientboost a stronger company and were intentional.
