      a stimulating environment to work in, utilizing modern technologies, developing the company's own product, educational possibilities, community events (possibility to participate as a mentor, get feedback on oneself's knowledge and bring a possibility to learn new things), nice work environment (offices and their equipment), English speaking, diversity, distributed offices across Europe and Asia

      because of the teams' distribution sometimes it's difficult to communicate
