      Understanding when you have to be absent.

      Cons

      Low pay. No raise. Arrogant if you ask for a raise. No benefits. Unethical. Didn't feel valued.

      We offer good benefits to all of our employees. We understand that anyone can be absent for medical or personal reasons. This said, we appreciate being given an update on the situation after two consecutive days of being absent. We also offer training and great opportunities for growth within the firm. We are constantly on the lookout to attract and retain the best members to join our great team, therefore we are more than open to discuss salary and benefits!

      Pros

      The people are really nice and you get to be involved in all aspects of an active design project.

      Cons

      Super fast-paced, not much time is spent on properly studying & developing design concepts. Designers take on coordination tasks that are usually the architect's responsibility.
