      Pros

      Kitco is an amazing place to work! The people are wonderful, and the company genuinely cares about its employees. The events organized for staff are always exceptional and create a positive, engaging workplace culture!

      Nothing significant comes to mind. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive.

      Sometimes responsive, but not much positive.

      Cons

      Very insular. Very little comunication with employees. No one really knows what's going on at this company. Media department in particular, is poorly managed and not in tune with current market trends. Top talent has been disrespectfully discarded and wasted. Loyalty is non existent. This company used to be noble and responsive, but they've lost thier mojo.
