Thank you for your feedback. KitchenSync offers its employees unlimited vacation. As a result, no vacation days accrue to be paid out upon termination.
Incredibly disorganized company with weak leadership. Constantly restructuring and high turnover makes it hard to find a groove and do the job well. CEO is a terrible communicator.
