Pros

Good location, fast pace, great opportunities to learn new technologies, flexible PTO policy, very smart developers, interesting problems, friendly coworkers, ability to work from home when necessary, quality code standards, great sprint/development cycle.

Cons

Communication/interaction between different "orgs" (tech, ops, management, etc.) is lacking/difficult, demanded projects/features often discarded/unused shortly after completion, management accountability is a concern, strong leadership from C-levels

Making a mark in hospital pharmacy

Pros

It's a cool product, solves a real problem for hospital pharmacies. Built on a modern tech stack. Lots of different projects and initiatives going on, plenty of problem-solving to be had if you're willing to work hard and dive in. New executive team has changed process and culture for the better. Seems to be well-funded and very ethically run. Friendly and collaborative co-workers. Most have a pretty high bar and strive to do things the right way. Also, big focus on customer experience. Recently, there's a new sense of excitement around emerging products.

Cons

All depends on your perspective I guess. It's not a big company, so some people might not feel as coddled and or have bureaucracies and processes to hide behind. Again, depends on your perspective , but as a startup they're still trying to figure it out. So that means that plans can change quickly sometimes and not every experiment is going to be successful. The org changes in 2016 were challenging. The company had to gotten a little off track and it's jarring to try and correct that. Having come through that though, the new makeup of the company was much more aligned culturally and product-wise.

Pros

Interesting product that really helps hospitals, free snacks and drinks, very smart people

Cons

No recognition for good work, expected to work around the clock, dishonesty/hand-waving from leadership, leadership promoted/idolized the wrong people, near-zero accountability from executive team, no advancement opportunities
