      1. Lots of opporunities can be explored [Medium to Large-scale projects] 2. High level of work autonomy. 3. If you come from mainland china, you can easily fit in the culture and have friends work in ShenZhen.

      Cons

      1. Expected to work overtime 1–2 days per week. 2. KPIs depend heavily on the project man-days that are signed, not on the company's revenue or profit.
