      Cons

      There is no regard for work/life balance, you can work extra hours six days a week but if you leave a little early on a weekday your pay is docked. Constantly shifting expectations. Poor training. Honestly too many cons to list

      There is nothing good about this employer.

      Cons

      Firm owner is mean to his employees. He constantly berated all of the attorneys who worked for him. The work environment is toxic. I would recommend taking a job anywhere but here.

      I met a lot of good people when I was employed there. I also doted on the owner's dogs

      I felt like I stepped back into the 80'system and also like I just walked back into high school.
