      It used to be the culture. But that is gone now. Replaced by people who don't really care about anyone.

      Cons

      Overworked, demeaned and ignored. That is how you're likely to be treated by the new owners. You will not be given the proper tools to do your job and you will be blamed for it. All feedback will be ignored.
