Pros
This is a great place for quick learners who are new to the IT industry. Pretty much everything must be self-taught after hire.
Cons
One of the owners is incredibly immature and disrepectful, making for an underisable work environment (IE: yelling and slamming things in his office when upset). And a self-declared "boys club," watch out ladies! A company this size does not have to play by FMLA rules.

Team driven company. Lots of collaboration and comradery. Company culture is very healthy. We work hard and always keep our customers in mind.
