      Good pay but little support for tutors

      Pros

      - good pay comparative to some other agencies - high volume of jobs available - many jobs are long-term and therefore lucrative

      Cons

      - considering they take a large % commission for every single lesson you have with a client, they do very little to support the tutor in terms of lesson scheduling and teaching resources - it took them 2 years to increase my pay

      Top of the market hourly rates and students are generally very attentive and passionate about learning Administrative/tutor management team are incredibly friendly and helpful

      Cons

      Securing job offers can sometimes be difficult and the process is opaque at times with regards to feedback
