      tight knit community able to connect with management fun with kids and grow skills working with kids tons of time outdoors great seasonal housing, got to ultimately choose housemates

      long hours lots of menial tasks that don't fall under job description required burnout due to long days and repetitiveness of weeks resistance to change within company
