      If you are looking for a work/life balance company, this is the one. Very easy-going teams and professionals from all over the world. No micro management, managers are always open to new ideas.

      Pros

      Flat organizational structure with a real feeling that every role makes a difference. Global and diverse staff from countries all over the world. A lot of autonomy in the day-to-day work, KPI driven and strive to make their product better and their customers satisfied.

      No issues to speak of.

      Pros

      The environment is very much like a startup, so you won't have managers breathing down your neck - you need to take initiative and take ownership of your work. Management is very flexible and understanding as well.

      Cons

      As a startup, the work can be ambiguous at times but this lets you steer the direction of your own work. Also, because the company has staff all over the world, you may sometimes have early/late meetings depending on your location.
