      Pros

      Cannot speak highly enough about KeyPay. Everyone here is nice and there's no room for egos. Not only that but there are some very funny people here, hardly a day goes by when I'm not laughing out loud at something that's been said or a picture or giphy. On top of all of that I feel appreciated, and that's something I in turn really appreciate.

      Cons

      No cons - there isn't one thing I don't like about working for/with KeyPay.

      More than just a workplace

      Pros

      The advantages are endless, but I would say that working for a company where you know that you are valued is the biggest incentive to be a loyal employee, and the strongest reason why it is a great place to work. Added to this are flexible work arrangements, great work mates, a really strong culture of "work hard but have fun" and the knowledge that you can rely on help and support when you need it, no strings attached.

      Cons

      The arrangement suits me perfectly, although if you are someone that needs to be working face to face with alot of people, and you need that type of environment to stay motivated, you would struggle.

      Pros

      - A faily flat team structure without complex reporting line - Helpful and friendly team - Complete trust from manager to complete given work without breathing your neck every couple of hours. - Your telecommunication cost (internet + mobile) are subsidised! - You are allowed flexibility during the working hours as long as it is within reasonable limit

      Cons

      No corporate ladder to climb due to the structure. Won't suit someone who likes to do so.
