      Whatever pros there were in the past have dwindled substantially over the last one to two years. It is tough to watch

      Cons

      No opportunities for career advancement Employees are used as a means to an end - not their 'most important asset'; Communication is non-existent across the board Tabs are kept on employees, and micro-management is rampant; No trust in employees from management; Management makes disparaging remarks regarding other employees; Within 12 months, a mass exodus of staff has occurred; Morale and employee engagement is extremely low

      Game of Thrones - Good Show, bad business model

      The HBO show is just fiction.

      The Key Technical Solutions story is NOT fiction. 1. Leadership is a grandiose bunch to be sure. They lead by fear. Every single sales person from one year ago has quit. The math is quite doable. 2. Follows employees with company provided phones, and throws accusations at employees as if it was WWII Germany. Really. 3. The environment is the MOST NEGATIVE I have ever been in. Focus on former employees and competition is Key Technical Solutions unwritten Mission Statement. 4. CEO hires family members for strategic positions without regard for their qualifications. 5. Advise to any Sales/Recruitment professionals entertaining an opportunity at Key Technical Solutions - look at former employees on LinkedIn and contact ANY former Sales/Recruitment employee who left in the last 12 months, I think you will be thankful at what you hear.

      I don't work at Key Technical any more

      Cons

      This company is a perfect example of greed ruling the day. They lie to employees. The top salesman, the Staffing manager, the entire engineering team and their top recruiter all quit within 12 months.
