Mismanagement, low pay, extensive section 8 paperwork

If you doubt there is a Hell than go to work for Key Mgmt and you will find yourself there. Worst place I have ever worked. Wichita office is full of snakes. Rebecca and Heather being the worst, but don't kid yourself, the entire Mgmt team including the President are evil doers. High turn over rate cuz Regionals are on a power trip. Condones lots of bullying as they are the ones doing it. Do NOT accept an offer from this company,you won't be there long the stress and demands and backfiring will break you down and give you PTSD. I was a property manager in the field. I did not place my location,only the Wichita office because they are who is in charge ultimately. They micro manage and always act like you are stealing from them. The idiot son is being set up to take over. You can look at him and tell he isn't the brightest crayon in the box. Run Run Run
