      Able to work from home. Partners and associates are approachable. Advice and help on legal questions can be found.

      Cons

      Pay is below average. Workload is much higher than average. At times, feels like you are being micromanaged. Preferential treatment toward some individuals/attorneys.

      Helpful collegial colleagues. Partners who are knowledgeable and great trial lawyers l. Open door policy.

      Cons

      Poor management, too high caseload resulting in nonexistent work life balance resulting in high associate high turnover. Would not recommend.
