      None this is the worse company I have every worked for

      Everything, company had to change they're name from victory security to kellington because of all the law suits. Poor management even worse working conditions.

      Pros

      The only good thing about working for this company is the ease of the actual work. And they supply the uniforms.

      Cons

      Horrible management style, untruthful. No real training provided. Constant shifts in policy, no clear chain of command other than the "office." There is a lot of micromanaging. Expect a hard time over any difficulties in scheduling. Road supervisors come and go. Benefits are theoretical, time off is rarely approved. Some sites have no pay raises.
