      You have the flexibility to work from home and use this to supplement a day job.

      Cons

      They are horribly unorganized, they have terrible orientation, and if help is requested they ignore you. Not worth the frustration.

      As a virtual recruiter, and with the support of an incredible management team, I feel a sence of accomplishment on every call, every interaction and every goal we meet, it's great working with a team that is working to bring communities around the nation, the staff needed and desired at local and government facilities. I'm doing something great! They are doing something great! We are doing something great! Together!
