      Pros

      Relaxed, casual atmosphere. The people are all very nice.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is not grounded. The CEO calls himself the chief visionary and expects the company to grow by 3x in the near future. This used to be the best and highest rated Taylor distributor, but they've lost significant traction and are now considered one of the worst. The company is complacent and expecting the use of a new software will fix all of their ailments. The GM is overworked and all of the problems roll downhill.

      Decent pay, some nice people

      Absolute chaos, stuck 20 years in the past, people doing jobs they’re not qualified to do. I often thought there must be a candid camera somewhere filming for a show, it’s so unreal. Ignorance is through the roof
