      Good people, minor growing pains

      Pros

      Good people, solid idea, flexible hours, big opportunity. They're doing the best they can for a small-ish company.

      Cons

      Most of the cons are merely because its a startup and can't get everything done as quickly as it needs to. Exec team can be too busy to communicate with underlings. Developers tend to be favored over non-developers. The product is an employee satisfaction/engagement tool and yet it's rarely used for their own employees.

      Pros

      Culture at a company means so much to me. Can I learn from others, are they ready to disseminate knowledge? Do I want to spend a significant amount of my life with them, and will I be proud to do so? I would say a very strong YES to all of these questions for Kanjoya. The work we do is innovate and challenging, and I feel a great deal of pride in both what I work on and who I work for.

      Hard to think of any.

      Pros

      Creative, smart people. Good engineers, right mix of focused/productive and goofy vibe. Cool product-- cutting edge NLP/ML technology rolled into a beautiful, simple, usable SaaS product that actually makes work better for thousands of employees across the country.

      Cons

      I'd like a few more plants in the office but that's all I can think of
