There are a litany of issues here and I will try to list as many as I can:
1) The CEO creates a toxic atmosphere, micromanages and is mostly combative when you discuss accounts, strategy or almost anything related to the business 2) There is a graveyard and countless number of former employess who come and go because of the above - very high turnover 3) They lie to outside prospects and customers about how many people are truly in the organization - the company is actually comprised of mainly partner organizations that have resources (developers, engineers, etc.) they pull from 4) They do not provide good technical discovery even when you bring quality prospects to the table, so the chances of winning new clients are very low 5) Way too many people involved in the sales process - countless and mostly useless meetings rehashing the same issues 6) Not enough smart marketing to drive brand recognition and new leads 7) Atmoshpere of fear whenever the CEO gets involved
