-No Internt , even you cant use internet on Mobiles. -No Management, No Standard procedure, Old Technolgies like VB 6.0 -Idiot(Having zero knowledge of Technology) people are at Higer level due to their Good relations with CEO. -No Money, High salary deduction in any month without specifying any reason. -Very bad rules and regulations like No use of mobile,Keep your shoes outside, Dont talk with anyone, No Smiling faces. -Frequent changes in Logic and Development at the time of release at any time, No Salary slips -No Fun, No Parties -Saturday Working, No Bank Holidays, Late Sitting in office even if you dont have work is must. -Serious water problem, Same bathroom for Boys and Girls, no cleanliness. -Use of Local language in the office even by CEO. -Only 5 minuites Tea break for 2 times and lunch break for 30 min only. -Even 2-3 seconds of late can cost you a loss of one day salary. -Use of bad language in front of Girls. Office located at very Bad Slum area. if you dont have tiffin you cant go outside to eat. Very bad smell inside office and they will keep as it is in front of Clients also. -Back Stabbing with new comers at the time of interview regarding the salary. They get less than half salary after joining with various reasons. -No performance bonus, no diwali bonus ..nothing only loss of time and loss of career. Dont join this company..

Lots to mention: - No use of latest technologies. - Horrible HR policies(In fact there is no written HR policy, rules change as per convenience) - Unexplained and huge salary deductions - No fixed leaves - Forced to stay overtime even if no work to do (If you leave on time that means that you are not working). - Treatment of employees as slaves. - No infrastructure facilities available (No water supply for washroom, drinking water supply is filled with dirt all over) - Most important, absolutely no use of latest technologies, they make use of .NET to work the way VB6 used to. You wont get to learn anything as a developer. - No IT culture values at all. Horrible environment to work in.
