Senior management changes did not go far enough, there's still a layer of 'dead wood' at the top of the company. In over a decade that I spent at the company, no-one rose from the shop floor to any senior level possibly due to the 'wooden ceiling'. Company prefers to recruit new management externally with no prior experience of the business which leads to bad decisions further down the line.

So many pros of working this company, like empire building of team leaders, discouraging environment, blame culture. incompetent people are doing jobs with old school of thought. Very very disappointed.
