      Pros

      Excellent place to work lead by a great management team with a clear vision of the future. Great compensation, great work life-balance and a place where I learned some amazing negotiation and self-management and communication skills. Very fair and timely annual reviews with constructive criticism and achievable goals. Truly an amazing place to work.

      The company tends to hire mid-age-range to more experienced people.
