Pros
- Base salary wasn't horrible - Office manager was very kind and helpful, but she left too. - Business casual dress
Cons
- The training is sub par. You're really left on your own after 3-4 weeks of "training" - The worst part was that one manager would talk about how "hot" employees at other offices were, and would pull up pictures of former employees spouses and talk about how "gorgeous" they were. I believe this employee is one of the few that are still with the company. This made me very uncomfortable having to work with this individual daily. - Long hours. In at 7:30am and out at 6pm. But still paid for 40 hours per week since you are salaried and not hourly. - The way you can tell that people were not happy working here was the mass exodus. Within about 1 year around 12-14 people left, out of an office of about 20-22 people.
