      Pay is fine, but not worth the trouble.

      Cons

      Travel 4 weeks a month. Unorganized. Management spread too thin. No training what so ever, they will send you on job calls for things you've never seen. Short staffed and spread thin. They run the business like it is a small mom and pop shop.

      Salary is ok for the time being.

      Cons

      Understaffed Overwhelmed and overworked. Management knows nothing and out of touch. Absolutely zero communication, respect, and acknowledgement. No preventative measures or maintenance. A lot of key people have left over the years with no replacements.

      You can lose your job at any time a newly hired director can fire you and bring his reference , inscured place to work and toxic environement Directors and manager absent from site when they come they fire you to hide their error .
