The company cares more about financial gain than ethical responsibility when it comes to employees. The management is overloaded and fails to pay attention to detail or work well with others. Turn over is so high that employees would rather keep quiet to save their job rather than contribute by sharing ways to make things better for employees. Those who have risked criticizing the way things are run are left feeling unheard.
